I've tried to enter my card but I keep getting an error about verifying with my bank. How do I resolve this??

 

Now I'm getting this error...going round in circles 😞

Hi there, @Laurenypop. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with Fitbit Pay and the image attached. I understand where your concern is coming from and how you must be feeling. 

Please make sure that your Versa 3 is syncing properly to your Fitbit app. If you're experiencing syncing difficulties, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync? 

Moving forward with the troubleshooting steps, please try the steps below:

  • Restart your Versa 3 and phone.
  • Restart Bluetooth on the phone. 
  • Force quit the Fitbit app. 
  • Try adding your card
