After 2 years of using Versa3, I finally linked it to a credit card to use the Fitbit pay.
I did 3 payments, and by the 4th, when I pressed the left button, the message of "NO CARDS HAVE BEEN ADDED TO YOUR WALLET" came. I checked the app, and the card was still linked, but the sync failed.
After several unsuccessful syncing tries, I erased the card from the wallet, and tried to set it up again the same card (is the only one I have from one of the accepted banks), but now is showing "THERE WAS AN ERROR ADDING THIS CARD TO FITBIT PAY. ....... CONTACT FITBIT SUPPORT"
Is there anything I can do to make it work again? or, how can I contact fitbit support? I could only find this help forums. Thanks

I did as per your advise. I was able to re-link the card to the account. However on the Versa 3 watch, still shows: "SET UP WALLET - NO CARDS HAVE BEEN ADDED TO YOUR WALLET"
Is there anything else I can do before dumping the idea of using fitbit pay?

@buc320 Thanks for getting back and the details provided. I'm glad to hear you were able to add your card back to your account.
Regarding the message you're receiving, please take a look in Settings for shortcuts on wrist. It seems like you have Wallet set to open with a shortcut that you accidentally press. To do so, on your Versa 3 swipe to Settings, tap, then swipe to shortcuts. It is here where you can configure what a single and double tap of the button will open. Replace the Wallet App for some other function.
Nevertheless, please make sure that Fitbit Pay works now that you added your card back. For more detailed information, see What should I know about Fitbit Pay?
