Hi there, @Ptbebe. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post.

As @Odyssey13 has mentioned, Fitbit Pay is enabled for the top banks in the US and 200+ banks internationally in 27+ countries. Make sure to check if your bank in included by clicking here www.fitbit.com/fitbit-pay/banks.

Nevertheless, if you don’t see your bank on the list, you can contact your bank in a private communication or on social media and tell them that you want to use Fitbit Pay to make contactless payments from your Fitbit device. Ask your bank to see www.fitbit.com/fitbit-pay. However, it’s up to the bank to decide if they want to support Fitbit Pay.

If you do see your bank listed, please make sure that your Versa 3 is syncing properly to your Fitbit app. If you're experiencing syncing difficulties, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Moving forward with the troubleshooting steps, please try the steps below:

  • Restart your Versa 3 and phone.
  • Restart Bluetooth on the phone.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Try adding your card

For more information about Fitbit Pay, see What should I know about Fitbit Pay?

Hope that helps.
