Can't add my card to Fitbit Pay on Versa 3

Tried to add Credit card. Got stuck with the numeric keyboard, and nothing else will show Can't swipe to get other functions like setting the alarm. 
Tried on/off and restarting. 
What to do?

@Hekon   That keyboard is asking for your PIN code.  I don't use Fitbit Pay, because my bank doesn't support it.  These two Help articles should get you going in the right direction:

Hi there, @Hekon. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with Fitbit Pay. 

As a first approach, please check the help articles shared by @LZeeW.

If you don’t see your bank on the list, you can contact your bank in a private communication or on social media and tell them that you want to use Fitbit Pay to make contactless payments from your Fitbit device. Ask your bank to see www.fitbit.com/fitbit-pay. However, it’s up to the bank to decide if they want to support Fitbit Pay.

On the other hand; if you do see your bank listed, but the issue persists, please make sure that your Versa 3 is syncing properly to your Fitbit app. If you're experiencing syncing difficulties, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync? 

Moving forward with the troubleshooting steps, please try the steps below:

  • Restart your Versa 3 and phone.
  • Restart Bluetooth on the phone. 
  • Force quit the Fitbit app. 
  • Try adding your card
