Hello there @Haegar62, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the issue with Fitbit Pay.

 

To solve the issue, please try changing the watch pin in device lock settings. Then, manually sync the device. For more information, see How do I use the device lock on my Fitbit device?
