Can't add my debit card to Fitbit wallet

I have a major UK bank visa debit card and I can't add it to my versa wallet?please help

Hi, I think you mean a credit card! Versa pay via Wallet does support more banks not than yes. I also have a credit card by a large bank and I also do not succeed to add it to my Wallet. Most of the banks that are supported are in the US and some in the UK. I even bought especially for that the Versa SE. Sorry, can not make this any better for you.

Hi thanks for reply, I have tried to add my debit (visa) card and my credit card (MasterCard) both weren't accepted ..it's not a huge showstopper but we live in an age of technology..all of my above cards are accepted all over the world ..so what is wrong with them on Fitbit?

id appreciate a Fitbit response

Hi,if you want an answer from Fitbit, you have to contact Customer Support about it. If you do that by email, the answering window is 24-48 hours. You can also send them a direct message using Twitter or try to chat with someone of Fitbit. Press therefore "Troubleshooting", scroll down to the bottom of the page and on the right side you will see a tile, telling you "Let's talk" and press that.

@Davepadge   This is the Fitbit Pay Bank and Transit List.   Is your bank on the list?

@SunsetRunner  is incorrect in saying that Fitbit Pay is limited to credit cards.

I'm not sure you can put all of the blame on Fitbit.  It requires cooperation from the bank also.  You could also tell your bank you would like it to work with Fitbit Pay.

Of course simply sitting that one can not add a card without mentioning what error,  or lack of error received,  were may all be battling up the wrong tree.
