Can't add or update apps with windows 10

So... 2nd topic today...

 

I tried to install some apps for the first time today. But as you expect, it didn't work. I tried everything I could find on the fitbit forum, without any succes. 

I was wondering if someone could provide me the 1 solution that really works. I am only working with the windows 10 app, because my mobile is not supported.

 

I hope someone can help me, otherwise I have to consider selling this back.

Have you checked the support list?

You say it is the phone but no mention if what phone?

Was there any errors disppadis when adding apps?

I repeat, I use the windows 10 app, because my phone is not supported

There is a win 10 app for both the phone and a win 10 pc..

I'll repeat tgat knowing what type of error your receiving will be a clue to the problem.

 

Also there ar many more phones that work that are not on the list of compatable phones, which are only those phones that Fitbit has tested, and if needed fixed the app to work.

Alright, I have a Huawei P10 Lite and my laptop is an Acer aspire ES15.

 

Normally the apps should auto download when you are connected to a network, but it does not work, so I tried everything I could find, but nothing works

Since you say that when you choose an app to install, it wioo fail, di you get an error message that we should know about? I always do.

 

Where you able to setup the Versa to wifi?

 

The apps on the Fitbit will auto update when connected to the charger. ItIis only when the Versa is charging  is that Wifi is turned on.

 

The apps can update or install through Bluetooth or wifi when using a phone.

With a windows computer I'm not sure the exact method, but the app would need to communicate through bluetooth to let the Versa know which app to download.

I put it on these charger, I connectie with wifi... And nothing happens... I do not get any error, but neither my apps are downloaded. Not even after a couple hours
