Hi there, @Samroundree. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with the on-wrist call feature.

If you can’t answer on-wrist calls, check the following requirements:

If you continue to have issues, try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. On your phone, turn Bluetooth off and back on.
  2. Restart your Fitbit device. For instructions, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  3. Remove Sense Controls or Versa 3 Controls from the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone.
  4. Set up on-wrist calls again. For instructions, see How do I set up on-wrist calls on my Fitbit device?

Note that Versa 3 Controls might be listed as “Not Connected” in the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone. When you receive a phone call, the controls automatically reconnect. This feature requires more frequent charging.

On a side note, please also check what @Guy_ has pointed out about the sleep and DND mode. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

Hope this helps.

Hio @Samroundree  - have you checked the On-Wrist calls setting is working, you may need to go to Bluetooth on your phone and configure the Versa 3 Controls entry and then set up On-Wrist calls.

Notifications and calls won't work if you have Do not disturb or Sleep enabled, swipe watch face to the right to get to Quick Settings to check.
