Can’t change Birthday, add height and gender in personal information on Versa

My birthday is incorrect.  When I try to update it, after hitting save it will tell me to enter height. It does not save the info.  It just asks me to enter more demographics.  Has anyone had this issue?

Do you  scroll on down that screen and click on Submit and then Sync your tracker? Those steps are necessary to complete the change.

I’m having the same issue with my ALTA HR. Did you figure out how to get it to let you change your stats?

I am having the same issue today. When I enter my Birthday - hit save..,the app says enter height. Then I try to enter height, and it says enter birthday!

Hi! I got mine worked out. I went to an actual computer, logged in and was able to add all my info. It's just the app that seems to have the issue.
