Can't change Colours on some Clock Faces

I have a Versa and I use it with Windows 10 Mobile on my Lumia 950 phone and Windows 10 on my Surface Pro 3. (These are the only devices I own, NO android and NO iOS).

When I use the "Business" Clockface by Fitbit, or the "Loops" Clockface by Fitbit, or the "3D" Clockface by Fitbit I cannot change the colour with the Colour Picker in their respective Clockface Settings. If I choose a different colour, a tick appears on that Colour Swatch, but the actual Clockface on my Versa stays the same and does not change.

Other Clockfaces change the colour perfectly fine and almost instantly. It's just the "Business" and "Loops" Clockfaces by Fitbit that do not change colour. I love these designs but really want to change the colour on them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

it seems that quite a few of the clock faces aren't allowing any changes to be saved/updated. Example is  "ActionFigures" and "Nothing Special". I am unsure if it's the same issue that FitBit was having with their servers that weren't functioning during the week of April 20th through the 22nd or if it's an issue on the clock face developer needing to update their coding since FitBit had some fixes made during the outage.

Does anyone else know of other Clockfaces that don't change to the colour selected in the clock face colour selection settings?

It's worse than that for me on my Windows phone 950XL with mobile 10 build 10.0.15254.369.

Since I got my Versa...

No clock settings colors or settings work.  I can change the face and that's all,  I have tried 10 different faces all the same.

Connected GPS always says connecting,.  I can use gps fine in the app

randomly when syncing the weather app will pull weather,  Almost never does,

All internet apps like maps show phone offline,  I can sync all stats and music uploaded fine.

I have reset my phone and not restored from backup installed fitbit app  same issue,

It' also happens with windows 10 on my surface when syncing to it,  Can't update colors or clock faces with it either,

Sleep still does't auto detect although I can manually set it using the work around,

in the app the versa says connected,

oh and I get text notifications fine.

I have to say I had the MS band 2 and it was soooo much better.  every feature worked out of the box,  unfortunately their band design sucked and I cracked 3 of the straps and they wouldn't replace it, then they discontinued it.  All notifications, text reply and cortana worked great.  I was expecting more from this for this price,  I am hoping the next firmware fixes these issues or I just basically own a $200 mp3 watch

I found that deleting the Wifi from the Wifi Setup on the settings page, and letting my Versa run explicitly on Bluetooth-only, fixed most of those issues you listed. Having the Versa connected to the Wifi through the app caused too many issues. As soon as I did this, the weather app worked properly amongst other things.

I have the almost identical problems with my 950. I have no idea how to solve (or if they can be solved) these problems.

yeah I thought the previous suggestion helped because I actually.had a watch change color, but now it won't.and weather will not.update at all

I am able to change "stats" clock color easily enough, but have trouble getting my notifications the same color - and yes, I know that is pretty silly but...

I changed to another clock face then changed back Worked perfectly

I have done that about 6 times but does not change when I go back to Business. Get the clock face but wrong colour. Sad thing is that before the latest update it worked perfectly.

I'm having the same issue. I hope there is a better solution than having to buy a new watch 😞
