I'm struggling to add a clock face. It says I need to make sure my app/devise has the latest version, but does not tell me what the current versa original version is, and no option to update within the app which tells me it probably has the latest update. Has anyone experienced this and can guide me? It won't let me select the clock face I was- it's grey and shows that message.

You can find the version here
On the watch Swipe left Click settings Scroll to the bottom About - shows the version |
Check for update
In the phone Fitbit App Click on profile photo [top left] Help & support There may be a check for update option |
Clocks for another watch or in a more recent firmware version cannot be loaded.
If you can't get the latest version probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They will be able to get you the latest version.

I set my watch back to factory settings and loaded it again wich worked for my Versa too. Sadly the in the new firmware the "Excercise" are not pictures anymore. Instead the now they're old fashioned orange icon.
My advice (unless you care super much about the clock face), stay on the old firmware.
