My boyfriend and I got Fitbits a few days ago and I was able to change my clock face but my boyfriend can't change his, it just keeps saying that its downloading but nothing happens. He disconnected it too to see if that would work and connected it again but the clock face still won't change, any tips or suggestions?

When this happens it is frequently a phone compatability problem. What phone is he using? Perhaps let him downloadbthe face he wants using you phone?

@BrandyGarcia It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your boyfriend's Versa can't change the clock face that he wants to use. As my friend @NellyG asked, the phone he is using may be the cause of this issue. I'd also like to know if the issue persists or if the issue got resolved if he used your phone to change the clock face as @NellyG recommended.

I'm having the same problem and I have changed my clock faces many times since I got my versa. Can't change it with my iPhone 8 or iPad.

@reedsey Thank you for joining us in this thread! Please make sure that you are following the steps that are listed in this help article in order to change your Versa's clock face. After changing the clock face, make sure to sync your tracker so the change can take effect.
If the issue persists, restart your Versa as described in this help article and repeat the process to change the clock face again.
