Can't change clock on the Versa 2

Had changed clocks a few times during the early months of getting the Versa 2.  But can no longer change the clock using the app on the laptop.  Everything syncs.  Stopped and restarted the watch.  Software is up to date.  Can even change the color on the clock face.

 

The app allows you to see the clock choices.  Picking one, and the wait symbol spins and stays spinning.  For as long as you wait.  Will need help.

Hi @bspies, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you've experienced while trying to change clock faces on your Versa 2. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do so on your device, follow the steps below:

 

  1. Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears:
  • Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds). 
  • Hold the button again until they feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates they initiated the factory reset.

After this, make sure that you are following the steps listed in this help page when trying to change the clock face on your Versa 2 and see if the issue gets fixed.
