Can't change from Celsius to fahrenheit

When I go into my clock face I can go to the weather app where it says settings. However, when I click on settings all I get is a blank screen. I've waited up to 10 seconds for page to load- mo avail. And there is not the "loading" circle in this page to show it's "thinking"

You want settings from the weather app from the fitbit apps, not from a clock face.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Sorry. I wasn't clear. I do go into the Fitbit app, scroll down to weather
then tap that. Then permissions and settings come up. I tab settings and
device a blank- white screen

Fitbit has broken their app with a recent update.  I have this problem on my Sense.  You also won't be able to customize any of your clock faces.  I'm getting a blank white screen when trying to access settings/customize clock faces and also on the Weather app (mine changed itself to Celsius as well).  Many others are reporting this problem across different styles of Fitbits and different phones.  Presumably it affects any clock face/other app that has customizable settings.

A few days ago I (very temporarily) solved the problem (after wasting hours trying various things like removing/reinstalling clock faces and restarting phone and watch) by uninstalling the whole Fitbit app and reinstalling it.  But now the problem is back and no amount of force stopping/cache clearing/uninstalling/reinstalling/etc works anymore. 

They broke it and it and they need to fix it.  And we all get to suffer "broken" Fitbits until they do, as per usual.

Thank you for your response.  I thought I was crazy. I wonder if something happened when Google took over fitbit.

Ditto. I've got 50+ Fitface watches, cannot change from what was on when software update commenced. Was able to go to https//fitface.com/xyz sign in & see all of my purchased clocks, but Fitface is clearly not connected to Google Fitbit. I perused the Fitbit watch faces from FB APP & they now have a Fitface section...which includes some, if not all, of my purchases + it appears, the entire Fitface catalog. So, I guess I can repurchase my inventory again...while thinking Google/FB is taking another cut $. Have to admit, Google has seamlessly continued the poor managerial plight of Fitbit. Google needs to fix their mess, & stop treating us as a patient, abiding stepchild. I've been here since 2013, spent several thousand dollars in ALL the latest watches & premium, & dealt with all the BS/CS just trying to get my units to work properly. Fitface correction, please.
