Yes I changed the clock and now its working ,I had to uninstall the app and then install again . Thank you !

HI @Beckyblue111 . To change the clock on the Versa, you need to go to the Fitbit app on your phone. Then select Account > Versa > Clock Faces. From there, you can look thru the different clock faces and select the one you like. There are a lot to choose from.

Can you tell me what app you uninstalled? Are you saying you uninstalled the fitbit app itself or is there a clock app? Thank you.

I’ve tried this over a dozen times - the new fave pops up but then the original face cones back. If I press the button in the left, the desired clock face is there.
i have my watch sitting in the router, so it should have a strong signal! I shut everything off, turned WiFi and Bluetooth off and on. Nothing works.
VERY frustrated.

Me too I'm so annoyed with it wish I'd never touched it to change the blooming thing now. I'm going to take it to Tesco tomorrow to see if they can help, I'm not very good with things like this so because I bought my phone from them hopefully they will help me out with it. 🙄🙄🙄🙄 Hope you get sorted out soon too

I tried to change my clock face from the hearts (free fitbit) to the dog (free fitbit)....I don't like the dog because it's too hard to read the numbers....so I am trying to get BACK to the hearts....I get a screen saying continue installing? there is no way to "stop" the installation....I hit continue and then there is a photo of a large watch with "switching" going back and forth....the clock face I want has a checkmark next to it....then a message comes up...unable to install, try later!!!! HELP....I have turned off the phone, bluetooth and logged out of fitbit....turned everything back on and that dang dog is STILL there!!!!!!

I don't know the answer, all i get is this: I click on the clock I want to change to then I get circe that just spins, endlessly. I've done all the tips and tricks I've read about online and in the fitbit help. I'm not unsavy when it comes to technology so not like I have no idea what I'm doing, but nothing has worked. Reset, factory reset, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, even tried doing it from my laptop, checked internet connections and performed speed tests. Read that versa is not compatible with 5g so moved back to a 2g connection, nothing worked. It's very frustrating that something that should be so simple is so hard.

I totally understand.....I've done all the same things and I am stuck with
a clock face I don't want!! I plan to contact fitbit later today......I
will post if I get an answer!!!!!

It was a pain for me. I had to turn my blue tooth off, then reset watch. Turn blue tooth back on and then try and sync. Not sure what the correct steps are. I just kept turning off the bluetooth, resetting watch and trying to resync until it worked. It is a pain. Good luck.

Hi! I spent almost 2t hours on the phone with fitbit tech.....and I
decided to go back to factory reset....that's when the REAL fun
began....couldn't get my watch to come back on properly....so 2+ hours
later and twice rebooting....I got my fitbit AND my screen saver
back....unfortunately, I have NO clue exactly what we did....since we tried
SO many things.....now, I wanted to change the color (stupid me) of my
clock face....won't happen!!!! LOL! I'll keep the red heart and BE
HAPPY!!!!
