Oh my! I've decided to let it go myself. Just not worth the frustration. Won't purchase another one though. I mean it works for counting steps and tracking sleep, bit it has all these fun things that don't work, why put them in? Can't delete apps or get my music to play either. Thanks for the reponse!

That's what also happened to my unit. When I click on the design that I like it will just keep on circling. It wont open. So frustrating. I just want to throw mine in the trash. 😞

I guess I'm lucky in that mine was a gift and didn't cost me a good sum of money, but it should work as advertised. It's such a simple request.

I am having a very similar issue, it will not allow me to purchase a clock face. It says I need to verify my Fitbit is up to date. I have checked if there is a software update and it says it is current. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app many times but I still have the same problem. Please advise.

I spent over 2 hours with FITBIT support and we finally got it
"fixed"....but I can't find any info on what we did....sorry! I remember
taking the app off, turning off bluetooth, reinstalling fitbit and later
adding the fitbit back....and finally got it to work....hope that helps!

I was also told to remove the app, also close down bluetooth.....then
reinstall.....it took over 2 hours with fitbit support to get my clock face
changed!

I can't even remove any apps. All I get is a spinning circle. I talked to customer support for hours and got no where.

I hav been trying to change back to my original clock face for  week. I have uninstalled and re-installed the app 4 times. After 15 minutes I constantly get the msg”unable to install or more apps.  Please try again later.

Glad it worked out for you. Customer Service told me to delete settings and return to default settings and set up versa again. It will not connect to anything and now is a little blackbox on my wrist!

You have to factory reset your device, been doing it for 2 hours. Only that worked everyone. Settings>scroll>factory reset
