Can't change my profile picture

I get a message "access denied"   when I hit save when trying to add a profile photo.

Hi there @rburro2, welcome to the Community Forums. 

To better assist you, would you mind clarifying if you're trying to update a profile photo on your Versa 2 or your Fitbit account? 

If you're trying to update the photo for your Fitbit account, I recommend checking this help article where you can find the steps to confirm your user name and add or change your Fitbit profile photo: How do I manage my Fitbit profile?

On the other hand, if you're talking about a clock face where you can actually upload images, note that this will depend of the clock face you're using. How is it called? If you were using a personal photo from your phone's Gallery, you can just update the photo. 

If you're using the Photograph clock face developed by Fitbit, once you select the clock face you'll see at the bottom the option "Settings", this will redirect you to where you can upload your image. 

For future references, with third party apps, is recommendable to contact the third party developer to learn more about future implementations. To contact the developer please open their app on the Fitbit App Gallery, scroll/swipe down and under "App Details" you will find the information.

Thank you. Once I Uninstalled the app and reinstalled it,  I was able to update the photos on the app.
