I can't seem to update my profile pic or cover pic, just comes back with an error. Have tried in the app and desktop.....any ideas? Thanks

Hi, thanks for replying. I have tried that in the app and get 'editing not supported for this photo'. When I try on fitbit.com I get a different error....I will see if I can attach some pics....

While reading your post I was wondering if you've checked that the phone you're using is compatible with Fitbit? Please know Fitbit products are compatible with most devices that have the following operating systems: Apple iOS 12.2 or higher, Android OS 7.0 or higher, and Windows 10 version 1607.0 or higher. For the latest list of devices that support the Fitbit app for Android, see Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?
Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported and does not meet the require OS we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.
We routinely test new devices to ensure full compatibility with Fitbit devices and the Fitbit app, and are constantly working to confirm compatibility with new phone models. Be sure to verify that your phone or tablet meets the minimum operating system requirements.
If you found out that your phone is not included, I'd suggest you to try using a compatible device to change your profile picture. Also, if you try with your computer again, please try using a different browser.

Hi @MarreFitbit , thanks again for your reply. I tried the above and that didn't work either, however, when uploading my pictures, if I stretch the picture just inside the boundaries provided it took it ☺️
Someone else mentioned that sometimes it dosent like it when you maximise the space provided and it seemed to work!

I don’t see where the profile picture is I go to today and there’s literally no way to add a mobile device all the directions online don’t work because there’s no profile picture in my app where can I go to add my MobilePhone to the Fitbit app? HELP
