Can't change profile picture

I have a Versa light, haven't been able to change my profile picture on my App for months now. I got advice/told I should be able to on the WWW.Fitbit website on my dashboard. It worked there up until last week..now I can't change my picture anywhere. Please fix!! 😢

No, Frosty is from a challenge theme I did, I just want to go back to picture of myself.

@Angelangie  go to this page for directions - click. Look at "My Settings" and it will tell you step by step.

Thanks for the advice, but as you read on my original post.. I couldn't change it on App, I could here on WWW.Fitbit.com. Now I can't here either. I just changed it last week, so I do know that way.. it's not allowing me to upload/ get into my files. Thanks again, at least it still syncs... For now! 🙄 Fitbit is becoming a joke!!

How strange. Did you try logging out or cleaning the cache?
