Can't change the clock face as the option disappear from the Fitbit app

Can't change clock Face from app. Clock face option disappeared from Fitbit app. Any suggestions?

Hello @sohanur16 

Try logging out of the Fitbit app, turn off your phone for 1-2 mins then turn your phone back on and log into the Fitbit App as you normally would.

I think you best bet is to uninstall the Fitbit app then reinstall it. I’d restart the phone just after uninstall before you install. Just log back into the Fitbit App as you normally would with your Username and Password. You won’t lose your data reinstalling it.

@sohanur16   I looked at your profile and can see that you are a new user.  Can you please clarify that you are looking in the right place.  Tap on your profile picture in the upper left, then your Versa image.  Tap on the Gallery icon.  You slide the toggle to Clocks to choose clocks.

 

Can you clarify what model you use?  You wrote Versa, but that model was discontinued when the Versa 2 was released.  Just trying to make sense of your post.
