Can't change the clock face on my Versa 2

The fitbit app will not download watch faces, all that happens is the pink downloading bar just keeps moving backwards and forwards with no completed download. 

I've restarted the app and my fitbit, I've restarted my phone, I've synced and turned on and off Bluetooth but it will not download a face. 

I don't know about anyone else but I am starting to get fed up with the glitches that keep occurring with fitbit products, I have an Aria Air scale and that no longer syncs to my fitbit app. I have given up using it entirely. Trying to get proper tech support from Fitbit seems to be impossible and they fob you off with a repeated answer and from other forum posts, it seems they aren't really bothered with their customer care.

Hi @EBrampton @jenversa2 - try using mobile data [by turning off wifi], logout of the app, clear the storage cache and force stop it and try again.

A number of people are reporting this issue currently. So there may be a temporary problem, try again later,
