Can't change the clock face on my Versa 2

To change the clock face it says to tap my profile picture but when I do nothing happens

On phone app Today screen, tapping profile pic at top left will take you to Account page.

I get to the account page but there is not an option at that point to change the clock face, so what do I do once I am there? One place I read to tap my picture again, but when I do nothing happens.  I can click on the other items on that page, personal, badges and trophies, groups etc and I will get additional info but not when I tap my phote=o

From the beginning, to change clock face:

On phone app, from Today screen:

Tap profile pic (near top left) to get to Account page;

On Account page, tap your Fitbit model

In next page, tap Gallery

Then tap Clocks tab at top
