Can't change the clock face on my Versa 2

Versa 2 click face stuck on spo2   Won’t change to the other face I use. Repeatedly gives the message ‘can’t install one or more apps’

I have restarted it.

Hi @Jen-N  - are you trying to change clock face by a swipe watch face to the left and click on the Clocks app?

Hello there, @Jen-N. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 2.

Please restart your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. Then, please try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Yes. I’ve also made sure it was still in the list of faces to choose from
