To better assist you, may I know if you are getting any error message when trying to change the clock face by any chance? If you haven't done so yet, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. Afterwards, try to change your clock face once again
