Can't change the clock face on my Versa 3

Hi, I like to change my clockface regularly through the fitbit app. However, since yesterday, everytime I try to install a new face, it shows it is downloading on the fitbit, then immediately a red X appears and the clockface has not appeared. I tried multiple faces to make sure it wasn't an issue with a particular face.

 

Any help is appreciated.

Have you tried restarting the phone and watch?

Had restarted the phone and app, but not the fitbit. Just did that now, and problem solved.
