When I click to the gallery , it show that "opps it seem to have no connection ". I am connected to my 5G n at hm my WiFi but still having the same error, was wondering why?
I saw another post having the same issue the solution given is to stop the malwave app or VPN. Which I do not have those. N it was working last week but somehow it decided to not work or does not allow me to change my watch face .. Anyone having samw issue with me? Using versa 3 n problem with the fitbit app gallery

Suggestions of VPN and blocking apps are correct, but not applicable in your case.
It's always difficult to find a solution in those cases. What I wonder is: Does it immediately say it has no connection, OR can you go to your Versa to see your clockfaces.
I've notices the app (on the phone) says it can't connect to the fitbit, but it cán read the heartbeats, so it cán connect to the watch but it can't connect to the fitbit server. (Which I've suggested several times). Ergo, I guess the connection to the fitbit server is temporarily out.
So tell us, can you see your fitbit in the gallery and can you tell us if you can syncronise with your fitbit watch.
By the way, you can change clockfaces on your fitbit that are already uploaded tot the watch.
