Hello! 
I want to download a clock face, but it tells me I cannot download it until I have the latest updates. I am not quite sure what I need to update, because I am not being shown that I need to update anything. My versa lite is currently on 38.33.1.30.

Hi @Isabella4, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.

 

I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa Lite since it won't let you to install a clock face unless you update the firmware.

 

Please follow the steps listed in this help article, which explains how to look and run new updates. After this, try installing the clock face as described in this help page and see if the issue gets fixed.
