Can't change the clock face on my Versa Lite

I've been having a problem when switching clock face. When I change the watch face, the face on the Versa Lite changes but on the app the 'Switching' watch icon never stops and I get a constant error message "Unable to Install. Install failed, please try again later.". It has literally gone on for over 24 hours. In the mean time I can't go to the clock face store and choose a new watch face. I can only choose from the watch faces I have currently selected. Any idea what is going on and how to fix it? I have tried everything, including this sequence: Uninstall Fitbit app, restart phone, restart Versa Lite, reinstall FitBit app, sync with Versa Lite. Still have the 'Switching' icon. I am using a Galaxy 10 phone.

Hi there @SunsetRunner, thanks for stopping by. I will be glad to help you to solve the inconvenience you're having when trying to change the clock face on your Versa Lite. Thanks for the details provided in your post. 

 

If you haven't done so yet, please try these steps:

 

  1. Make sure Fitbit app  and Versa Lite version are up-to-date.
  2. Restart your Versa Lite 
  3. Switch to another clock than the one you want to switch to using the clocks app, as well as in the gallery choose the same clock face. Once syncs complete, it should get past the switching state.
  4. Restart the Fitbit mobile app: Force close Fitbit app & relaunch the app.
  5. Restart Bluetooth
  6. Trigger a regular sync.

 

Give this a go and let me know if the issue persists.

I have tried everything everyone has suggested many times and I still cannot get one clock face to load.
