Can't change the face

I can't change my face because I have to go to www.Lignite.me to unlock a face forever. The problem is that I have to buy it and I don't want to.

Also i can't join with my clock to change the face.

I am very thankful if you can help me;)

If you go onto the fitbit app on your phone and to clock faces you should be able to change the face to a different one from there. I would initially suggest changing to one of the free Fitbit developed faces just to get you back up and running.
