I set up my new vitbit versa at my parents house with their WiFi. I have then traveled back home and I’m trying to set up my wifi but it needs to be charged 25%. My watch isn’t charging so I can’t set up WiFi. Do I have to be on WiFi to charge it? Or is my charger broken and unable to charge my device?

No, you dont need wifi to charge. Try cleaning the contacts on the watch and charger using an alcohol wipe, and try a different USB portnor wall charger. Restart the Versa several times. Ifnit still wont charge either the charger or the Versa itself is probably faulty. Can you return them to the store? If not contact Support (link in my signature)

Also having problems here initially charging my versa, we've tried multiple usb chargers, multiple points, cleaning pins and points with no success. Disappointed is an understatement #fitbit
