Hey there, Versa Fam!
Thanks so much for your patience with this issue of clearing notifications from the watch. Our team has identified a fix for this that will release in a future firmware update.
I'm not sure when the next firmware update will be rolled out, just know it should include the fix for this. In the meantime, please give your Versa a restart if you have trouble "clearing all" the notifications off. After the restart, your notifications will be gone.

Yea, and that does clear the current notification until another one gets stuck.. restarting is just a band aide, there is a bug that needs fixing

Hold the left and right bottom buttons till the logo appears.... it should delete

Hi there. This is an issue I've faced and was so glad to see this fix, but having only had my Versa a short while, I've never shut it down. I saw the option in the menu but how do you turn it back on?

Guys, I finally have all my notifications clear! It was A LOT of notifications.
What I had to do:
1. Press the left and right lower button together until the fitbit logo appears.
(all the notifications was still there)
2. Tried to clear some, waited the screen turn off, tried again some, waited again, then I cleared it all.
It worked for me!

Did not work for me. As I swipe down for notifications, the watch crashes and I get the logo. Tried restarting, but no change.

when my versa wouldn't clear, i'd restart it and it'd work. then a couple of days later i'd have to restart it again because it wasn't working. is it this update because the battery life is also draining really fast after the update

If I restart, it clears the old notifications but the second I get a new one it does not clear again. Been like this since I got it. Very annoying. 😞

I have the opposite problem. I can delete any new notifications but can't delete old notifications. In fact, if I try to do that the watch shuts down and reboots. I have tried all the remedies, but nothing has worked so far.
Yes, very annoying. I am thinking of resetting the watch but hate to lose the data.

Thank you for replying. Do you mind walking me through the process? It is being a recurrent issue since I got my versa. Otherwise, I love this device.

Turn off your Fitbit and turn it back on it should fix it
