Hey there, Versa Fam!

 

Thanks so much for your patience with this issue of clearing notifications from the watch. Our team has identified a fix for this that will release in a future firmware update. 

 

I'm not sure when the next firmware update will be rolled out, just know it should include the fix for this. In the meantime, please give your Versa a restart if you have trouble "clearing all" the notifications off. After the restart, your notifications will be gone.

I just wanted to follow-up with you all that have come across any difficulty clearing notifications on their Versa. I've experienced this myself a few times and a restart has always resolved the problem. Please give the watch a restart as your go-to troubleshooting step.

I have had my Versa for several months.  Just recently I've had problems deleting 3 messages. 

Every time I delete them they show up again. I have turned off all email notifications but they still show up. 

 

How do I get rid of them?

my messages wont clear at all on my versa, any ideas how to delete them?

Thank you.  I have been dealing with several accumulating messages with no way of clearing them, until your recommendation.  It worked fast, and completly fixed my issue.

Hey, I had a online chat with a Fitbit representative and he basically told me that they are working on this issue and hopefully there would be an update soon to fix it. Meantime 😢 unreal!

 I feel like this happens to me regularly. The restart helps, but I am having to restart it several times a week. Is there some sort of system update or something I am not aware of? My Fitbit is just a month old. Thanks

My Versa gets stuck with old notifications several times a day...and workaround is to power off and then power on my Versa.

This is not a serious solution. Fitbit developers should take care of this issue seriously. It is clearly a Versa software error around notifications that causes a lot of annoyance to Versa users, and this error has been around during more than 8 weeks. 

Fitbit, please, fit it ASAP!
