Hey there, Versa Fam!
Thanks so much for your patience with this issue of clearing notifications from the watch. Our team has identified a fix for this that will release in a future firmware update.
I'm not sure when the next firmware update will be rolled out, just know it should include the fix for this. In the meantime, please give your Versa a restart if you have trouble "clearing all" the notifications off. After the restart, your notifications will be gone.

I just wanted to follow-up with you all that have come across any difficulty clearing notifications on their Versa. I've experienced this myself a few times and a restart has always resolved the problem. Please give the watch a restart as your go-to troubleshooting step.

I had the same problem, the solutions is using an official Fitbit clock face. Some of the "non official" clock faces have that error.

I had the same issue with Line notifications. Press the left and right lower button together until the fitbit logo appears. It made my notifications finally go away.

I was able to clear my stuck text message by simply shutting the watch down under setting in the watch.

I have been having this issue for awhile and had not been able to clear some texts. Thanks so much for the step by step instructions. They worked perfectly for me 🙂

Did this ever get fixed? I'm having this same issue, specifically with a group chat on whatsapp. It's driving me nuts.

Yes, just restart the watch, fixed mine. Hold the left button and the bottom right button at the same time for like 6 seconds until the fitbit logo shows and it will restart.

I have a similar problem. For the last week or two, there is about 20 text that I can't clear from a group chat. I can delete other messages from group chats or people but not those specific texts. I tried resyncing, messing around with the app but nothing will seem to work. If anyone has any fixes please tell me, this is driving me crazy.

I had the same problem as the initial post, notification wouldn't go away... But I went to: Settings, About, Shutdown... Then started it back up and it was gone! Cheers mates!!!

This is my second post on this. I've had the same issue 3 times now and only had the fitbit since December. Come on FitBit there has to be a better way!!
