Can't communicate bluetooth phone to Versa (Classic) for music controls?

Hey, all!

So I read from the link above that if you bluetooth pair your phone and Versa (Classic) instead of the usual Versa, you would be able to control the music playing on your phone from your Versa.. However my Versa cannot pick up my phone and my phone has 'issues communication with Versa (Classic)'.. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? I've already unpaired my phone from Versa and still will not connect to the classic..

You need to go into the phones bluetooth settings and connect the Versa to the phone. The versa will connect as an external keyboard device.

The Versa needs to have the Bluetooth set to pair for the phone to locate it.

 

Your post implies that you are trying to connect the phone to the versa, no can do it this way @becksdfghjkl
