Can't complete the setup process of my Versa

Just bought Versa, and will sync through Bluetooth but will not finish setting up process. Will ask for the 4 number ls to connect and will then not connect but showing synced.

I have unfortunately. I have tried everything from resetting the device, playing around with Bluetooth, exciting the app and downloading it again, trying different phones to sync with the versa, I have literally tried everything.

My phone shows it has connected by the versa will not get me past the stage of entering 4 digits.

Unsure what to do from here.
