Hello @Bren74, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! Just in case, I'd like you to try to restart your Versa and then try to pair your Jabra Elite Sport.

Give it a try and let me know how it goes!

@Jodie53m, @Bren74, @Danielya  do you have a problem with pairing or connecting -- these are two VERY different things! You have to pair, once at the very first time, and connect every time you turn your earbuds on. Not sure when some of you write connecting you really mean connecting, or mean pairing, or both, or don't know.

Note that under OS3.0 a change is made and earbuds do NOT autoconnect anymore. One has to go in manually.

Pairing : Versa > settings > bluetooth connection  options > +audio device  and then put your earbuds into pairing mode (which is not the same as turning them on!!!!, read the earbud instruction manual). Once paired, your earbuds appear as an audio device selection in that same bluetooth menu.

Connecting: in the past (at least prior to OS2), it went automatically when you turn the earbuds on. Now, with OS3.0, you have to go back to the same bluetooth menu on your versa, make sure your earbuds are on, and then press on the earbud name on the versa ... it will connect.  You have to connect every time you turn on your earbuds. Pairing you do only once, the very first time.

Only then you can go to your favourite music app and play music. Note that if you want to listen to music while using an exercise app, you must start the music first and then the exercise app, the other way around is not possible.

How did you solve this problem.  I have Jabra elite 65T and having problems pairing and connecting.  Have tried resetting the versa and the earbuds multiple times and made sure the earbuds were not paired with anything else.  I am able to pair the Versa with other bluetooth devices just not the Jabra ones
