Can't connect Snapchat and Fitbit

I am not able to link my snapchat/bitmoji to my versa 2.  I have uninstalled/reinstalled both of those and fitbit and still can NOT link it. Do i just need to return this versa2? And go with a different type of watch?

Hi there @KellyR19, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry for the late response. Thank you so much for troubleshooting the connectivity between your Versa and the Snapchat app prior to contacting us.

I've seen you contacted our Support Team before posting, but they haven't heard back from you since 12/10, in order for them to address the issue with your Versa notifications, could you please reply back to the email they sent to you? Note that the case was created under the email address you use for your Community profile. 

Let me know if you have any questions present.

Nope i did not reply back because im tired of the run around between fitbit n snapchat. Ive NEVER had an issue with connecting to my fitbit before and since no matter what i have done, uninstalled/reinstalled, factory reset as well as deleted apps n bitmoji i am now looking to switch to apple. Have not heard any problems with connecting like i have had. I researched before i bought to see what can be connected and all i get are my text messages and phone calls. My last fitbit connected in seconds with no issue. As much as i wanted this versa i am extremely unhappy with it. So therefore, no i did not reply instead im now debating on apple..that i actually hate.
