I am trying to download music from my computer to my new Versa 2. I have installed Fitbit Connect on 4 computers (Mac/Catalina with Bluetooth connected; Mac/Catalina, no Bluetooth; Mac/Mojave; and Windows 10). Every time I try to connect I get stuck on the "Trying to locate watch" step. I have tried customer support, but they have run me in circles. Today I was told that, in fact, the Versa 2 cannot, in fact, download music from desktop computers at all (which begs the question, what the heck is the icon on the watch for???). Has anyone else heard this, or been able to download music successfully from a Mac running Catalina? I am going
crazy with this!
