Can't connect Versa 2 to the app

I can't connect versa 2 to my phone after a reset for more than a month. Also, it can't synchronize data and can't update the firmware that was reset after the reset.

This is the third thread here and I'm getting the same advice that doesn't work. I'm transferred to personal support and given the same advice as on the forum. What the hell is going on? The answer is obvious - the problem is on the company's side. As a confirmation of my words, there are reviews with the same problems in the play store. That is, there are people who have everything working, and there are those who have broken on the same dates as me.

How long does it take a huge company to fix its servers?

I only got this same issue after moving yo the Google account like they are make FITBIT user do. Hope they aren't discontinuing the Versa 2.
