Can't connect Versa to my account

Getting error 403 when trying to connect a new device in app. 1st time user 1st fitbit

Any suggestions ideas would be appreciated.

@sandraluxcasey welcome to our Fitbit Community! By the way, I'm sorry for the late response. However, I would like to follow up on the "Error 403" message that you are getting during the setup process.

 

Please make sure that you are following the setup instructions that are listed in this help article. In the meantime, let me know what is the make and model of your phone.
