Has any body else not been able to pair the headphones to it?

@Militarymom, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Regarding the pairing issues that your Versa is experiencing with your headphones, we haven't received reports about this issue.

 

However, please make sure that you are following the steps that are listed in this help article in order to pair your watch with your headphones.
