I have followed all the troubleshooting tips to get the gps connected to my iPhone 6 and nothing works.  All I ever see is the dreaded green light saying connecting.  I did not have a problem with the surge but this is very upsetting, wondering if I made a big mistake with the versa purchase.  Is the versa incompatible with the iPhone 6? Any help would be appreciated.

@Rosez88 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response. However, I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not connecting to your phone's GPS. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like you to check out this help article and follow the troubleshooting steps listed. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.
