Can't connect my Skullcandy Sesh Evo earbuds to my Versa 3

Hello. I cannot pair my Versa 3 with my Skullcandy Sesh Evo earbuds. I’ve tried rebooting my watch, made sure my earbuds are in pairing mode, disconnected my phone’s Bluetooth, made sure my buds aren’t connected to any other devices. Every time I try to connect, I get the big red X - connection failed. Anything else I can try?

Hi there, @Sarahswanson. Welcome on board.

I would like you to try putting your device on the same wrist of the receiver of the headphones. After this, follow this procedure to pair them:

  1. Activate pairing mode on your Bluetooth headphones or speaker.
  2. On your watch, open the Settings app > Bluetooth
  3. Tap + Audio Device. Your watch searches for nearby devices.
  4. When your watch finds nearby Bluetooth audio devices, it shows a list on the screen. Tap the name of the device you want to pair.
  5. When pairing is complete, a check mark appears on the screen.

Hope this helps.

This did help! I found out I had my earbuds connected to my phone, once I disconnected that, it worked on my Versa 3! Thank you!

Hello I am having the exact same problem but mine are not connecting at all. I have reset the watch and the earbuds but they are still not connecting. And before you send me an exact copy of the instructions that are on this post, yes I have followed the instructions. I only get a big red X every single time.
