I have bought my Fitbit versa 2 today and trying to connect Alexa through Fitbit app. I selected Alexa and it landed to the amazon login page where I have  provided my amazon credential but it throws error "There was a problem in password". Do we have any other option to connect?

FYI. I already have an amazon and Alexa app installed in my mobile(Samsung galaxy s8).

Thanks in advance!!

Hi there @sabhi0192, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble to set up Alexa on your Versa 2, I understand where your concern is coming from. Thanks for the details provided in your post, I'll be glad to help you.

In order to solve the issue, please:

  1. Clear the cookies on your phone, see support.google.com.
  2. Try again to set up Alexa in the Fitbit app.

Keep your phone within 30 feet of your watch. Open the Fitbit app on your phone and sync your watch. The Fitbit app must remain running in the background on your phone for your voice assistant to work. Your phone must have an internet connection, either through Wi-Fi or a cellular data signal.

Follow the instructions in How do I set up a voice assistant on my Fitbit smartwatch? If you already set up Alexa, sync your watch.
