I have been trying to connect my Versa 2 to macbook so many times but it doen't work. I checked some similar questions on this community but haven't got a solution yet.
The problem is, each time when I choose "Manage My Music" on Fitbit Connect I get a message that "Sorry, this feature is only available when you have a watch paired to your Fitbit account. To pair, please use the Fitbit mobile app."
Can anyone help me?

To pair, please use the Fitbit mobile app.") even when I synced my versa 2 on the fitbit app via my phone and opened the dashboard on the laptop...
