There is no IP address in Versa 2 settings. It says that the Wi-Fi is “off”.

Thanks for your message.
I managed to resolve my connection issues by connecting my Versa 2 to its charger. The bluetooth connection to the network started working and requested pairing with the Versa 2. The connection was made and syncing resumed with the app. I'm not sure why it stopped working.
However, I'm not sure how important this is, but the Versa 2 still indicates in Settings>About>IP Address, that the "WiFi Not Working".
