I can't connect versa 2 to my pixel 8. A few months ago it stopped syncing and I decided to reconnect and I can't anymore

As a first approach, I'd recommend checking if your mobile device meets the requirements to properly operate with your Fitbit device. For more information, see Fitbit Compatible Devices.

On a side note, I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and they've already assisted you. If the steps that our team has provided did not work, please feel free to contact them back for further assistance. Since you already have a ticket open with them it'd be easier to continue the follow up on this matter with them directly.

I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 is still not syncing.
