Can't connect my Versa 3 after a factory reset

My fitbit versa 3 was not showing data so I pressed factory reset now just telling me to download fitbit app I have deleted and reinstalled but app is just the same and I can't connect my watch to it please help

Hi @Net14 - once you factory reset the watch it is in the same state as the watch when you bought it.

In the Fitbit App go to the Devices page and Add more devices, select your watch to set it up and replace it.

@Net14- you don't need to delete the account, or the watch or install the Fitbit App. Just add it to your account, as mentioned. Deleting your account will delete all your data and is not desirable.

Thankyou so much I have my watch on but can't connect to any apps says it can't pair to blue tooth but I have the time and exercise data
