I have tried setting up my versa on a phone, tablet and 2 different computers with no luck. I've spent hours doing this. Right now my computer has been saying setting up Versa and has been on step 1 of 3 for about 60 minutes. This is my 3rd fit bit and I have never had an issue before.

I've been through two of these devices as of tonight and both have had a similar issue to yours. The latter one actually got through the set up process and then refused to hold a connection with my phone or wifi afterwards.
No one has time to waste on a device that doesn't work or only works on a rare occasion after multiple troubleshooting attempts. I'm not dealing with this thing anymore and I recommend you ditch the Versa as well.

I took my first one back to Kohls, exchanged it for another, and have had much better results, with just a few connectivity hiccups, but, overall, love the watch!

I am having same problem, I noticed a few days ago the battery was draining quicker too 2 1/2 days then have too charge it. This morning it just wasn't syncing. Then I notice time starts lagging. This is my second Versa as my first one did the same thing. I hope it is not dead. Or a dud. Any suggestions?
