Can't connect new Versa Lite to my phone

I have tried several times to connect my new Versa Lite to my phone but it isn't connecting. It shows in my Bluetooth devices but it doesn't connect. I have a Moto Play phone

Hello @RoRoB if you somehow connected the Versa Lite to your phones Bluetooth, you will need to remove it. 

 

You say the tracker will not connect, but at what step of the setup does the process fail. And is there any error messages? 

We do not connect the tracker to the phone but setup the tracker to the Fitbit account.
